Mold grows when moisture is present—this can come from roof leaks, humidity, condensation, or poor ventilation. If the moisture source isn’t fixed, mold will keep coming back.
-
Yes. Most mold problems are hidden behind walls, in attics, under flooring, or in HVAC systems. By the time you see mold, it’s often been there for a while.
-
Our trained mold detection dog identifies the exact source of mold by detecting microbial odors—even behind walls. This allows us to pinpoint the problem without unnecessary damage or guesswork.
-
Air testing tells you if mold is present in the air. K9 inspections tell you where the mold is coming from. We often recommend both for a complete picture.

Most of our jobs can be completed in as little as one day, depending on the size and severity. Our process is designed to be fast, effective, and minimally disruptive.

We find the source first (not guess), use K9 detection and advanced treatment methods, treat air, surfaces, and contents, and offer free inspections with honest pricing. You get real answers and real results—without overpaying.

No. Fogging alone will not fix a mold problem.
Fogging can help reduce airborne mold spores and may temporarily improve odor, but it does not address the root cause of mold growth. Mold grows where moisture is present. Unless the moisture issue is identified and corrected the mold will return. Additionally, fogging cannot effectively penetrate materials like drywall, insulation, or wood where mold often lives.

Not necessarily. Finding mold in one area does not automatically mean your entire home is impacted. Mold growth is usually localized to where moisture is present. Spores can travel so a proper inspection helps determine if it has spread beyond the visible area.
